OUR MISSION
The Israel Leadership Institute identifies, recruits, trains, mentors and nurtures the future generation of Israeli leaders. The Institute also bears responsibility for the complete integration of its graduates in the Israeli leadership mosaic: business and economy, political and government, social and municipal.
Leadership remains one of the most significant challenges for the nation of Israel today. While the State is increasingly identified with innovation, initiative and creative thinking, the competitive conditions require an excellent ability to define and implement a bold vision while upholding impeccable principles of morality and ethics. To meet these needs, the mission of the Israel leadership Institute (ILI):
Develop an updated leadership standard for Israel: inspired by excellence, and guided by Biblical, Zionist and Democratic values.
Follow up with, mentor and integrate the graduates into the different Israeli leadership dimensions.
Identify, recruit, train and equip the best potential young Leaders in Israel.
